Registration Fees

Regular participant: NTD 7,000 (35,000 yen)
Student: NTD 2,000 (10,000 yen)
Accompanying person: NTD 3,000 (15,000 yen)
An accompanying person under age six is free.
* The fee includes meals and transportation between the venues.
Participants may choose to complete the registration form first and the payment for registration in cash could be accepted when your arrival at the conference venue on Sep 11.

Exhibition of Company

Exhibition booths measuring 180 × 75 cm are available for company displays. These booths provide an excellent opportunity for organizations to showcase their products, technologies, and services. The exhibition fee is as follows:

Exhibition Booth (including 1 free registration): NTD 30,000 (150,000 yen)
For the 2nd attendee: NTD 7,000 (35,000 yen)
Lunch Special Seminar: NTD 50,000 (250,000 yen)

Accommodation

Sep. 10th
Hotel National was suggested by the organizing committee.
We're here to make your stay easy and enjoyable with our booking services and special rates of NTD 2,400 per night. Just a friendly reminder to settle your bill at the hotel counter before you leave. Please inform the hotel that you are attending the conference as an "College of Life Sciences, National Chung Hsing University" participant to make sure you could receive the special accommodation rate.

Sep 11th & 12th
Huisun Experimental Forest Station serves as both a venue for seminars and an accommodation facility.
The cost for a two-night stay is NTD 6,000; however, a special discounted rate of NTD 3,000 is available for a shared room.

Study Tour

The Study Tour fee for Sep 13th is NTD 1,500 per person.
An accompanying person under age six is free.
Participants who are not joining the Study Tour will depart from Huisun Experimental Forest Station by shuttle bus at 6:00 PM on September 12. A boxed meal will be provided prior to departure.

Payment Details

After completing your registration, you will receive an email containing the remittance details and the amount due.
Participants from both domestic and international locations are kindly asked to send their payments to designated accounts. You can find the payment details below.
